doing sit-ups will increase the muscle in your stomach area (give you visible stomach muscles, if you eat properly and include cardio!) and by increasing your body’s overall muscle mass, they will in-turn increase your metabolism! more muscle = faster metabolism! :)
Another way of saying you won’t see any muscles until you eat clean and do cardio … sit-ups don’t cause you to lose fat.
